Food & Friendship from Age Concern Hampshire and Hampshire County Council

Age Concern Hampshire together with Hampshire County Council have launched a scheme to offer befriending visits along with the meals on wheels deliveries.  Volunteers are needed, to help older people to remain living independently for longer. View the poster here.
