Details of Expenditure Exceeding £100

In accordance with the Transparency code for smaller authorities, we publish details of all items of expenditure exceeding £100, for each financial year from year ending 31 March 2015.

Expenditure under s137 / the GPC

Where the Council has no specific power to provide a service or facility, but does so in order to benefit the community, this is under s137 of the Local Government Act 1972 or under the General Power of Competence (conferred to some local councils) of the Localism Act 2011.  An example would be the provision of a defibrillator for public use.  All expenditure in this category is listed here:
