Every 4 years there is an election of councillors. All seats are up for election this May.
The Braishfield Parish Council consists of 7 councillors who can stand for re-election if they so wish. However, one councillor wishes to retire.
This is an opportunity for Parishioners to consider whether they would like to be nominated; an opportunity to put something back into the Community.
Any of the existing councillors would be happy to share with you their experiences so do feel free to contact them. Their contact details are on the Council website www.braishfield.org.uk
If you do wish to be nominated you will need to complete a nomination form – available from any Councillor or clerk@braishfield.org.uk after 22 March. You will also need a parishioner to propose and one to second your application before submitting your form in person to TVBC offices in Andover (or the Clerk can deliver for you if received by the morning of 28th March).
The deadline for registration is 4pm on Tuesday 4 April 2023
