If you subscribe to Test Valley Borough Council’s garden waste collection scheme, you can now order a wheelie bin to use instead of the sacks. The one-off cost of a new bin is £25 on top of your subscription cost. You may continue to use sacks, or old wheelie bins that you may already have. Click here for full details.
