BRAISHFIELD ~ Attempt break-in Crook Hill – between the 02/03/15 and the 07/03/15 person/s unknown have forced open a property currently being renovated, two out door sheds were also forced open, entry gained nothing reported to be stolen.
BELBINS ~ Drink driving offences – 08/03/15 police stopped a vehicle in Sandy Lane for not displaying a front number plate, when the driver was spoken to the female driver was clearly under the influence of alcohol. The female was then arrested and charge for drink driving offences.
Theft of vehicle – Sandy Lane over a period of 12 days person/s unknown have stolen a red Honda motor bike form the driveway of a property.

EAST WELLOW ~ Theft – during the day of the 04/03/15 person/s unknown have stolen parts of a stone balustrade from the entrance of a drive way leading to a property in Whinwhistle Road.

KINGS SOMBORNE ~ Non dwelling break-in- over night on the 04/03/15 person/s unknown have tried to force open the door, to a holiday home using an unknown implement. Entry not gained, slight damage caused to the wood work.
Theft of cycle ~ Nutchers Drove, during the night of the 08/03/15 person/s unknown have stolen a push bike from inside a garage.
Drugs ~ Lancaster Green 15/03/15 at 1600 hrs a local male was stopped and searched by police, during the search the male was found on his possession a cannabis grinder and herbal cannabis, the male suspect has been reported for drug related offences.

MOTTISFONT ~ Poaching River Test ~ 10/03/15 informant reported two males seen poaching fish on the River Test, one male was wearing a blue top with grey track suit bottoms, both males were seen to ride off on push bikes.

SHERFIELD ENGLISH ~ Drink driver – 08/03/15 report of a male who became stuck in a ditch whilst in his vehicle, police arrived and suspected the male to be in drink, the male was breathalysed and arrested and charged for drink driving offences.

WEST TYTHERLEY ~ 05/03/15 local land owner has reported damage been caused to crops in fields damaged by poachers using vehicles on their land.

Over night on the 16/03/2015 there have been a number of reports of catalytic converter thefts in the Andover area, thieves have mainly targeted Mercedes Benz Sprinter and Volkswagen Sprinter vans. Should you see any one acting in a suspicious manner or can provide any information please call Andover or Romsey police on 101 – thank you
